Write to hello@rentguideline.com. The messages that help most are corrections: a figure, a date or a rule that no longer matches its official source.
What to send
- The address of the page, and the figure or sentence you mean.
- A link to the official page, statute, form or table that shows the right version.
- For a tool result that looks wrong: what you typed or chose, and the result you expected.
When a correction changes a number or what a tool tells you, it gets a dated entry on What's new.
What not to expect
I'm not a lawyer, and I can't advise on your tenancy, read your lease or your notice, or tell you whether your landlord's increase stands. Please don't send those documents, or your address and other personal details. For your own case, ask the body that decides it: in Ontario, the Landlord and Tenant Board; in British Columbia, the Residential Tenancy Branch; in Nova Scotia, the Residential Tenancies Program. Each province page tells you how to reach them and where free legal help is: start from Ontario, British Columbia or Nova Scotia.
